5* Caitlin has been amazing and things have definitely moved a lot quicker since Caitlin has been dealing with my account. 3* Nationwide Renewables as whole have not been as wonderful. My installation was done 06 Dec ‘24 and I am still waiting to be put on the correct tariff with Octopus. Nationwide Renewables is not MSC certified, although not a necessity for them to be but does cause problems along the way when trying to change your tariff with Octopus. Had an appointment at 6:30pm on a Friday and were told by the Sales Rep it would only take 90 minutes and was a no-obligation visit. That couldn’t have been further from the truth. The rep didn’t leave until after 10:30pm, and despite us asking for time to think, we were pressured into signing paperwork and paying a deposit immediately. Sarah was so patient in explaining everything and making sure I felt comfortable with the process. During installation, Mike was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in the work but broke my solar light, so I reported this and Caitlin was very helpful and provided me a voucher.
