A very helpful boat yard, friendly throughout with very good after sales, with advice, and help always at hand, nothing seems a problem. Recommend for all your boat services etc.
Arrived in panic as I had water coming from somewhere in my hull. Was met by Becky who opened the swing bridge for me directing me to where Pete was located. As quick as a flash the cranes cradle was around my boat and being lifted out to safety. This wasnt booked but a bit of an emergency. A weak weld was one of the culprits found by Pete who rectified it after letting the boat dry out overnight. Also whilst out the boat was blacked along with 8 new anodes. Absolutely unreal customer service, they go above and beyond. Completely new to narrowboating and they have helped me with everything. Excellent works carried out on my boat at a brilliant price. Would highly recommend pete, Rebecca and kate to anyone. They have been a massive help. Thanks again!
