Unfortunately, I can only say that my experience, with one of the members of staff (VI), was the worst I have ever experienced and really made what should have been an exciting time for us in fact the absolute worst, even advising the seller to pull out and put his home up for rent! The whole process was extremely upsetting, and so I cannot recommend. I would hate for someone else to have the same experience.
