Vile company Carers don’t have even an ounce of care they just wanna tick off boxes as quick as possible. 2 of them put my elderly neighbour to bed at 3pm on a summers evening just to make it easier for themselves. Medication admin all over the place, using their bare hands and putting the tablets physically in my neighbours mouth? They reported false safeguarding allegations against the family, which were dismissed by social services and GP due to being untrue. They did this to try to increase fundings. Services provided were not up to standard. Most of the carers were not equipped to deal with dementia patient, they would leave early without completing the basic care needs, try regularly to cut corners, we've had carer's banging on families bedroom doors at 6am to ask simple questions like Date of birth...I would ask for changes like not coming too e... read more

Worked here since December and honestly the best place I’ve worked, everyone gets on like a house on fire, very welcoming and polite. All service users are amazing. Nationwide are a really good team and both amina and Mohammed go above and beyond for all the staff and service users !! ‼️💞💞

AVOID.Manager and most his office staff all they do is shout and swear at staff (not all office staff were bad) working for them gave me ptsd from constant stress and verbal abuse.
