Shocking behaviour. We travelled 3hrs from West Wales only to be told its closed for 1 week without notice. When we explained how far we travelled the incredibly rude woman simply put the phone down on my wife and I. There is no way anyone should purchase from this company as of this is how they treat you before you have given then your money I can only imagine how they would treat you afterwards. I can assure you that this review is true correct and for the right location and business.
Arrived at 10.30am after a very long drive for the premises to be locked. Phoned to see if the opening times were correct and was extremely abruptly to by a lady that told to visit another site if interested. After explaining to the lady we travelled over 150 miles she hung up on me. Please avoid at all costs
Josh and his team were a pleasure to deal with.. prompt service and super statics to choose from. It was so refreshing to have every question and phone call answered quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Nationwide Caravans.
