Absolutely brilliant ! , can’t recommend this company enough . An amazing team came out to my property and carried out a bunch of roofing work for me. all of the team are super friendly and they made an excellent job on my roof !! .
From our experience of this company, we would recommend you get a written quote before agreeing the work. The price we paid was twice what we expected, as we were quoted per gable, not for the complete work as we thought. Also, be prepared to pay the bill the same day the work is completed. The man in charge returned that afternoon to check why we hadn’t paid yet. They also persisted by email, even after we paid.
Had some chimney work done by these lot, had to get another contractor to come round and sort it no more than a year later as the work hadn't been done properly and caused more issues. when the other contractors sorted the issue they showed me that these guys had uses a plastic sign instead of slate as it should be to cap of a chimney. Also a hammer was left on top of the roof, luckily it hadn't fallen as it could've caused an accident. Had a leak behind chimney stack, This firm (i.e. Mr Follows) said for £1200 they would fix the leak. They came, they started and after removing some tiles (about 1 sq m worth ) they decided to replace a section of membrane. After a couple of hours the 2 young lads stopped work, saying they were waiting for Mr Follows to return with a replacement tile. They sat for well over an hour doing nothing.
