After arriving to get a tyre done. Left the keys to the receptionist personel (bald head man) Arrived back an hour later to pick up car. To find that my car had not been touched due to them doing a risk assessment of my wheels and wheel nuts. Saying that they were aftermarket and refused to touch the car. No call no text. A waste of my time. To busy flirting with the woman waiting on her car. He was rude, not sympathetic at all.
