Had a great experience today, popped in for a quote on 2 new tyres, great price so had them fitted within 20 mins, also fitted a new number plate bulb for me no charge, couldn't fault the service, great friendly and very helpful staff.highlt recommend
Great experience, on line tyre ordering, with great deals available and then garage booking slot. On arrival at garage, I was met by friendly staff who completed work in great time, overall exceeded my expectations.
Booked a premium slot for 9am Saturday morning. Turned up and was told another 5 people had booked the same slot and there was an hours wait so I left and got my money back.. here's an idea! Dont let too many people book the same slot and stop being greedy! Ridiculous!
Avoid Saturdays or Sunday as they want to charge you either £3 or £5 respectively for timed slots when they appear to have booked in more vehicles than they can service in the allotted time. Expect to wait with no apologies
Very pleasant experience getting 2 new tyres with National. Good choice of product. Easy appointment booking. Helpful friendly reception on arrival. Pleasant efficient tyre operator.
