Very helpful friendly staff made the experience easier
Halfords Farnborough Road are so helpful and friendly. I will use their services again in future.
Helpful staff, and replaced tyres efficiently. Also saw the team being honest with customers and when they couldn't find any issues (such as a puncture), they didn't charge for the work.
Booked services through the Halfords website, payment made but I wasn't aware it was under refurbishment. Later found by a chance phone call that my booking didn't exist on Halfords' system at all. Had to rebook to another branch and pay again, and now faff around getting the original payment refunded. I don't understand why I could book and pay a place that's not open.
