Great service but never adjust my tyre pressure properly after tyre change
Left on hold for over 15 minutes, after trying to calling 5 times. Can hear the guy chating with his mates on background. LOL I’ve been a customer for years, but unfortunately, the service seems to be getting worse each year. I waited two weeks for a time they were available to do a diagnostic of my car, due to them being very busy. I was told to come in for 08:00/08:30am for a set date. Taking time off work, whilst being very pregnant, when I arrived I was told by the manger that they could do the diagnostics, but wouldn’t be able to do any work, so I’d have to get another diagnostic at a different branch that could do the repairs. Bad taste left from this garage- Booked my car in for an MOT and service here, got a call to say that it had passed but they would recommend changing the front tires, spark plugs and filters. They quoted me 412 pounds for two tyres, I then had a look online and this was 100 pounds more than what they were listed for on their website. When I queried them about this, they said they made an "error" and had quoted me for the wrong tyres- have a feeling they thought because I was a women I wouldn't question it.
