I needed one of the tyres repaired and they did the work at a reasonable price. Warned me that as the tyre had already been repaired before that they couldn’t do it a third time.
Advertises services that they do not provide. I booked an air-con diagnostic this week, which they cancelled twice. Initially, because 'their person called in sick', and the second time because 'they don't do it'. Please remove your air con service from Halfords if you don't do it, as it's very frustrating to plan around.
Friendly and efficient
Having read the recent reviews I had very low expectations but due to the half price offer for an air con diagnostic and fact it was convenient I booked in anyway thinking they must do these all the time and surely can’t get it too wrong. Well - turned up bang on time only to be told they don’t even do air con here and I should go to Charlton. Asked why I could book it online told that was head office issue.
