I booked the wheel setting through the website, I did not get a confirmation but my account was secured at 54.99 so I decided that the date had been booked. Upon arrival at the agreed date, it turned out that there was no reservation (except for money). There are problems with the website, so I booked a new date for 0800. Price for breaks discs and pads more expensive that dealership.
They didn’t do any checks what was offered Online, they wasn’t friendly at all . When i arrived no one come and say hallo or where i should park the car ! I asked for break check, because one of the breaks was really bad, meanwhile they told me that they checked and everything is good !!!! Sadly this is not true they didn’t check
I would prefer to give no stars. Booked vehicle in online due to engine management light showing on the dashboard. Had diagnostic check, apparently found numerous faults. I was advised to take it to a specialist or have a further 2-3 hour diagnostic check by national tyres/halfords, an oil & filter change and replace DPF which was apparently blocked!!
