Recently took my car for MOT. Booked for AM and hoped to pick up in afternoon. Only contacted in afternoon to say had failed and could not do the work that was needed. Gave car back to them a day later with work having been done and they did not re-MOT it for several days despite saying they would. At the weekend staff blaming each other and denying knowledge of it. Friend had a very similar experience with her MOT, Unreliable and poor communication, would not use again.
Had 2 tyres replaced a month ago, fast quick service and lovely polite manager and tyre fitter. Will be back for any future work that needs done on my car!
Great experience with stirling national tyres...very efficient and customer service is second to non.
Had to make an unplanned stop here when out driving and my car was making a worrying noise. David was so helpful and reassuring, let me leave car to get checked and didn’t charge me anything. So great to get this amazing customer service during a stressful situation. I’d 100% use this garage in future and recommend to others
Brilliant service, car failed its mot but they got the parts and car is safe, passed and good for another year, Davie and team were welcoming upon entry, done a great job throughout and treated you as valuably when you were leaving as when coming in, nobody likes bad news when it comes to your car but the way they supported me both with transparency and a timely solution meant a lot to me, 100% recommend this branch, friendly efficient but most importantly they keep you and your car safe.
