Called currys multiple times and said I would get a call within 72 hours, no call ever since avoid this
Absolutely terrible experience. It took over three months just to book a valet for my washing machine through Currys. I was repeatedly told someone would call to arrange an appointment, but it took another month and several complaints before that finally happened. When they eventually did call, I was told the only available slot was 8am, and if I wanted a different time or day, I’d have to wait another month or more — so I accepted the 8am slot. Made us wait all day with all the food out for two separate occasions. Told me that, they will ring in 2 mins... But never did. Asked for the valeter, Chris, to get in touch, but he never did. The tone of voice of the call handler is not at all apologetic. Very disappointed.
Awful service, booked services but nobody turns up! No formal complaint procedure in place, work on behalf of Curry's, but no accountability for missed appointment! Please avoid at all costs! Wouldn't recommend! Stay out from this company at any cost!
