They cannot care less about their patients. My son who had to visit their emergency room numerous time (only pediatric ER close by unfortunately) was admitted last weekend. It took 7 hours to get him to his room. Once they rotated shift, not one nurse came to check on my son. Not once !!!!! I had to complain more than once. Never got the results of his blood work, of his xrays. I had to pull it up myself on the portal and fax it to my sons pediatrician. Please save yourself time and sanity. Go somewhere else. Never again we will visit West Boca Medical, never.
