The customer service is horrible and they’re thieves. My dads personal belongings went missing, given away to a supposed family member which wasn’t true. And now we’ve gotten the run around and my dads gone, he passed away in their hands. And there’s no sympathy from them except nothing but rudeness and no help!
Super not cool to have an insurance specialist call me end of business Friday to essentially demand $1000 for a procedure Tuesday that has to be prepped for Monday when this procedure was scheduled 2 weeks ago. I’m not in a position to cancel the procedure since I’ve been incredibly sick. After getting annoyed and being connected to someone else, I’m told that it can be a different amount but this entire interaction was unnecessary and ridiculous. RecommendedThis is absolutely the nest hospital I have ever been in! I had a hip replacement done on Wednesday, January 27, 2021. I am horrible at names, but everyone that did anything for me was so nice! From the pre op nurse, to the lady that delivered meals. And, as I was being wheeled out to go home today, everyone I passed.that had met me recognized me and spoke to.me. if I ever jave.to have anything done where I have to be hospitalized, I am asking if I can go here! Lpve all you guys!

Intake nurse at ER is completely overwhelmed and should not be in that position. Told a patient that if it was an emergency they should have called emergency services and not to rush the people who are trying to help. It takes a certain kind of individual to work under pressure and assure patients they are in good hands, not arguing with caretakers that are bringing their loved ones in to ER.

My specialist sent me in for a specific neuro ophthalmology exam, which took three techs to understand. When the 1st tried to give me an optometry exam, I politely explained that was not the purpose of my visit. After calling me rude, slamming the door, and walking out of the room she brought me to the correct location in the clinic. While more courteous and professional than the 1st tech, the 2nd tech literally said he was unfamiliar with the exam. Carlos Menedez, EMT says if your political views are not the same as his that your facility will let them DIE. Is this factual? I have friends that reside in San Diego. veterans, Marines who have served this country bravely and just knowing that they may be left to DIE because the EMT's you employ. I have proof of his own words.
