RecommendedJust visit the Offsite ER in Coconut Creek, the Service was Excellent from arrival to departure. The staff displayed such a high level of professionalism which enhances the outstanding level of customer service received. Have to mention Dr. Leiberman; Sandra the nurse, the Patient Access rep.and the Ultrasound Tech was amazing. The timeliness of service rendered was noteworthy. Awesome Job Guys and WBMC should be delighted to have such high Calibre of Professionalism and caring at this location.
i was in the hospital on 01/3/19 because i was very very sick and they finally emitted me to the icu for only one night to keep in eye on me and by the next day i felt soo much better and so i sooo recommend west boca medical center and i love the stuff there too...

Outstanding nurses and other personnel in the ER and Telemetry (I think it's called, the unit that has Rm 205 in it). Very caring and competent staff,
One of the worst hospitals... better off going to Delray or any other center. Inompetent and put in no effort. I've been going here my whole life (was even born at this hospital) but it's just gone so downhill in my last couple of visits that I will never be back.

I have my Dad now being discharge he has has a good and bad experience I will saying they are awesome with care when it come to feeding bathing but the only one thing they Need to improve is communication within the nurse I specifically explain to the first nurse to not move my dad to a different room without calling me because he is hard of hearing and gets aggressive when he doesn’t understand what going on well they called me to late when my dad already started to fight one of the nurses and thank Goodness knowone got hur... read more
