Arrived at Rush Copley to visit a friend who had a heart attack and ended up staying 24hrs...sitting up by his bed all night to make sure my delirious friend didn't succeed in his multiple attempts to escape his bed... Nurses David and John, staff members LaToyska and CeCe, and everyone else that came and went were exceptional - remaining calm and patient despite my friend's delirium and anxiety. We've always had the best Doctors, Nurses & others!!
This was my first time in staying overnight for observation; yet everyone there from the ER staff to the nurses I had were wonderful and nice to me, making my stay good and comfortable plus the food was delicious along with the grilled tilapia....utterly delicious!! Thank you everyone there who took wonderful care of me; you all are wonderful people and keep up the great care you provide!!!!

I'm in Med Surg, I've had such a great nurse his name is Greg. He takes the time to talk to you explain things to me, he waited to see if I had questions, and was fast to maybe just take that moment to talk to me when I had a min of anxiety. I've had nothing but great care but this Nurse happen to be someone I'd remember and I will say thank you for your care when I needed it.
I had to come here to see an ENT, suffering from some severe bouts of vertigo, anyway, Dreyer medical has offices here, hence the visit. I was greeted warmly and directed where to go for the appt, the wait area for the Dreyer facility is definitely a hospital wait area, water cooler full, no cups, not the most inviting area to sit and wait. My better half had a short stint at Copley to have tests run. It's a well run medical facility. Her overnight stay was pleasant and the staff was most accommodating to family members while staying within Hospital and HIPPA operating procedures. I picked Rush Copley to have my hip surgery, and have most pleased with the quality of preparation the Hospital takes to safeguard the well being of the patients. Bravo Rush Copley.
