They take good care of patients, I was there for thyroid surgery July 29 and August 5 and my doctors and nurses were excellent ❤️

I have birth to my daughter on April 22, 2013 and at first they treated me so good I had no problems with them. As my stay continued some of the nurses there were very rude and even told one of the nurses that I didn't want a certain back in my room. The food was really good and the doctor was good also but those nurses need better training on there customer service.

Kick people out too soon. Patients families not well enough informed. The use of rounding doctors is inexcusable!
My experience at Rush was HORRIFIC. Dirty rooms, nasty floors and broken beds. I delivered my 3rd baby there, this past September. The only bright spot there, was my Midwife, Joyce, who actually has since left. I've called to take care of my bills multiple times, and no one picks up- nor is there any voicemail working- during working hours. It simply rings and rings. Super unprofessional and I will never be back nor recommend anyone else to go there.
