Provides a tissue donation letter program, WITHOUT a tissue ID label. Stupidity.
The blood work portion was quick but the X-ray was a nightmare. The technician said she'd only be a minute to get me a CD. Took her an hour. She left for lunch & forgot about us. Supposedly she checked in the room for us, but no way bc my son & daughter were sitting on the X-ray table waiting. Worse experience. Made my whole day late for everything else.

We were there for almost three hours for three stitches in my six year olds chin and the doctor was too busy hanging out rather then just getting it done and letting us go. It was yet again a really bad experience at Copley but since the only hospital by us it's all we have. The doctor was rude and not very understanding to a child.
They take care of you and the nurses are nice to you as well
I exercise part of this place is top notch. If I lived there I would be there every day. It has everything you need and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
