Rushed to ER for kidney stone. Took an hour to get any pain medicine as the doc was "busy with another patient," nurses stated they weren't able to. If you've ever been in pain due to a kidney stone, you know the pain. After being admitted for one full day, had seen many different nurses (shift changes constantly) and unfortunately each nurse had different information. Communication lacked largely. Anything and everything took a while to get. A few minutes turned into half hours or an hour. Urologist with DUPage Megicsl Griu... read more

Worst hospital experience! I went Tuesday evening. When I walked in, there was no one in the waiting room except 5 staff, including one security cop. My son was in their ER 2 weeks prior for chest pain and their computer system was down then too. Has it been down this whole time? ...Continue Reading

I had outpatient surgery yesterday. I was scared as anyone would be to have surgery but once I walked in the doors everyone made my worrys go away. To the first person I saw to the last person I saw, everyone was great. Everyone was kind and always made sure I was comfortable. Thank you Copley staff in outpatient surgery and especially Dr. O'Conner for making a bad situation turn into a good one.
Business response:
Thank you Julie, we are happy we could make you comfortable during your surgery!
