The people there are awesome. Make sure you make it your store.
Very, Very dissatisfied with their so call customer service. They screwed up everything from the time I bought a new phone which has the wrong name as phone user. Then they changed the account owner to my name when the owner is my daughter. Called at least 8 times to clear up their mistakes. They didn,t call back, excuse to busy. So finally got hold of Chuck store mgr who said yesterday all ok. Guess what it is still a mess and not all ok. I am an older lady and think they could just pass me by with any excuse--sorry not so.... read more
