Please god don't come here. Worst experience ever. My friend was asked to come back after the first 4 hour visit and told they would make it fast since they know what she needed after looking at her results. 5 hours later they've ignored her for 3 hours in a damn room.

Business response:

Hi Bobby - Thank you for your review. If you or your friend would please contact our Patient Advocate at patientadvocate@rushcopley.com as she would like to learn more about your experience. Thank you again for your review and reaching out to us.

If I could give no stars I would. Went to the er last night because I got scratched horribly by my cat. Not to mention I passed out afterwards. Went to the er forgot my wallet but I had my husband with me. Waited for 2.5 hours. I know in an emergency room when they are busy it is going to take time to get into a room. Worst hospital I have ever been to. There ER runs like a free clinic I was the for 2 and a half hours and left with no treatment because it would be another 2 hours before I could even go back. Worst experience of my life sitting in the waiting room with an injured leg and see people that look like they have no more than a cold go ahead of me.

Business response:

Hi Stacey - Please contact our Director of Emergency Services at 630-375-2946 as she would like to learn more about your experience. Thank you for contacting us.
