I have been here with a friend waiting for 4 hours in the waiting room. He is experiencing bleeding that might be internal, but has yet to see anyone other than the triage nurse. I have watched 4 families leave because of wait times. They really looked sick, but must have felt they would take their chances elsewhere. I can understand that, as my friend is also ready to leave himself. There have been no more than 10 families waiting at one time. Most of those taken in were children and infants. I guess they get preferential t... read more

Don't go here if you have a true emergency. They'll just waste your money and ship you off via ambulance (another huge waste of money since I should have driven myself) to a better hospital. The doctor made a bunch of phone calls on my behalf to find a doctor to 'take my case' and all that happened was I got shipped over to Chicago and had to go back through the ER again and get the correct IV antibiotics because the doctor at rush screwed up. I was under the impression I was getting sent via ambulance to go into immediate s... read more

Some of the most disrespectful nurses in labor/delivery & the NICU (not all we did have some great ones) but for the most part a couple of bad apples will ruin the whole bunch... I don't care for rush copley anyway... but my daughter had her baby there it was an emergency c-section... horrible experience!!!

I do not like the fact when my ex husband who I was married to at the time was there I was the one who had to give him a bed bath. The Billing department is the worst. They won't Give me a copy of his medica billl because of hipa but they take me to court to pay his 57000 bill. I have explained over and over again it is his Bill according to our divorce papers. Now they are going to garnish my wadges weekly but not let me see the bill . Now I have to go back to court to go after him through divorce court. I am beyond mad. I ... read more

I'm only giving it a one star because I have to or else it will be a zero. I took my son to the ER for arm/shoulder pain. The service was bad, they did not do the correct X-rays for his arm and the doctor Lulu Ozcakir was very rude and didn't say what was wrong with him and I had to ask the nurse. The worst doctor I've ever seen. I will not be going to Copley hospital again😡😡😡
