Worst ER experience ever! A number of staff were not friendly, never checked in on me until we physically went out to the nurses station, and waited hours for Very simple orders. Next time I’ll drive a bit further for better quality.

Business response:

Hi Elizabeth - Thank you for your review. Please contact our Patient Advocate at patientadvocate@rushcopley.com and she can assist you further. Thank you for again contacting us.

All I have to say if you think your having a stroke don’t go here. Nurses couldn’t get an IV started. No since of urgency. Nurses were very polite and apologized that they had to stick me 4 times. But over all not a happy camper.

Horrible place for kids tennis, overcrowded, kids end up standing more than playing! rude and lying management that won't issue a refund. I was told i would get a full refund on my credit card in 10-14 business days, only to find out that they issues a pink slip credit that i can use only at their facility. Called them to inquire about this on monday, and have not heard back yet. Definitely do NOT recommend.

I had emergency surgery and a 4 day stay recently and I can't praise the people here enough...from the ER front desk, doctors, nurses (especially the nurses), surgical team...even room service and housekeeping. Proof positive that there ARE angels here on earth.

Business response:

Hi Jeff - Thank you so much for your review and kind words about our staff at Rush Copley. We will share your comments with them. We hope you are feeling better and healing well. Thank you for choosing us to care for you!
