We have been here many times before with great patient care. We heard the place has been going down and people going to Edwards instead, now I may understand why. The Residents has poor communication. I don't know if this is because lack of staff and they try doing more with less. They need to get their Residents in check. They never tell us when they are going to do test or why. Changing orders without telling you. Didn't get service until you start telling you how pissed you are. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

A one night stay turned into two nights. I wasn't upset however, that proved the thoroughness and compassion of the staff. Everyone that I encountered from the Surgeon, to Doctors, Nursing Staff and Room Service staff was amazing! I was a GYN patient but my room was in the bone and joint area. They were the nicest people ever and made my stay comfortable. I feel like I've gained new family members. The Nurses in the Bone and Joint area ROCK! I hope to see you around in the grocery store one day! (our shared joke)

I was just there for Pancreatitis. All the doctors and nurses were very friendly, efficient, attentive, thorough and knowledgeable despite still not knowing the cause. They took my condition and pain seriously and made my stay as comfortable as it could be.
