My stay is not even over I’m already disappointed @ National Hotel Miami. Check out is at 12pm. I’m sick & agreed to pay extra $90 until 3pm, after 4pm will be whole day stay. Kindly asked if it can be extended until 5pm since I have a flight to catch, they said No! Per Deloris (unsure of name spelling) at the Front Desk, gave me the excuse that the carpet in our room (coincidentally of ALL rooms) will be replaced today & yet there’s no problem about skipping the room’s carpet if I choose to extend for another day. National hotel is a nice hotel. Clean and staff are Great! Only problem I have is it they had several events and the pool was restricted to guests by 4pm and the Bar and certain kitchen area was restricted as well. If I pay for the amount of money I paid for the hotel and it’s services I should’ve been able to all entity.
