Awful 4 star hotel that looks like a 2 star one. The only nice thing about this hotel is the pool. Their staff is highly incompetent. One of their managers (Yased) asked us to leave the hotel after we made several complaints about their poor service. We were supposed to stay 4 nights and ended leaving before to a much nicer hotel.
This hotel has made me "hotel spoiled". Service, pool, and staff were great! Like it even more since it is not a party place. Nice and relaxing with the European feel to it.
Beautiful property & amazing poolside leading out to south beach Boardwalk
We stayed there a few weeks ago. Beautiful, clean hotel. Fun place. Excellent location. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
Miguel that works at the reservation desk is awesome! Very helpful and professional. Look forward to staying in April and if the rest of the staff is like Miguel it will be excellent!
