Muy buen hotel!!! La gente muy maja y amable...Berlin el chico de la playa un cielo...habla castellano y es superamable y divertido!!! Sin duda un hotel para volver y recomendar a los amigos!!! Hasta siempre Miami Beach!!!
2nd time visiting had a suite $$$$ had to call for towels several times, toilet ran 4 3 days, had to call for shampoo left message for manager he never called. Finally go hold of him Ernesto, tried to blame on shortage of housekeeping but said it was up to participate now, but they just cleaned room and left no shampoo. $19 resort fee. Only allowed 2 chairs at beach, but we r family of 4. Paid $600 a nite should b able to get chsirs. No towels at pool on weekend..the whole thing is bad and WiFi sucks
Very dirty. The Towels have blood stains. And pool and beach's towels are never washed, only dried. I worked there so i can say this. They employ people who are illegal in the country to make them slaves.
