Rooms are small & outdated. Pool is great & so are the staff.
Had such a lovely visit at the National Hotel with my husband for a private event held at the hotel. Can't wait to come back for a weekend getaway with him in the near future!
Location was great and service was awesome but the room was really small and smelled like mold outdated and rusty bathroom ... I mean for the money I paid I could've got WAY BETTER hotel.
I love this hotel, and it's the only hotel I stay at when I vacation in Miami, but my last visit was a little disappointing with all those damn cats on the property� However, when I put the hotel on notice...they did everything possible to handle the situation!
