Leaving today. My daughter and I were stuck in the elevator between floors for 35 minutes until Miami Fire rescued us. When I called from inside the elevator, the front desk said usually maintenance opens elevator with a key, so this is a regular occurrence. They refused to give me a full refund even though I will never enter an elevator again without trepidation. Do not stay here. Dirty and most things are broken.

We’ve been here 5 hours. Room is by elevator and after a LONG day of travel we couldn’t sleep as listened to doors slamming all afternoon. Dog in room across hall barking for the last hour and 45 minutes. Dog still barking after telling front desk over an hour ago!
Just awesome customer service and staff. Loving this hotel and will be back!!
Our check out date was on 28th of October, reservation was under the name of Hossam Elghazaly Elgebely, till date i haven't recieved the $300 deposit i paid when check in by my debit card, i was advised by the receptionist that the amount will be credited to my account within 3 days of check out yet nothing received till now
The location, the beauty of the property, the service, the amenities. All for a reasonable price.
