Worst bus experience ever, I tried a refund but was unsuccessful, I didn't bother anyway. I took a bus from London to Middlesbrough and takes approximately 6 hours. What made it worst was that, I have bladder problems, firstly, imagine holding your excretion for over 6 hours. The TOILET WAS CLOSED THE ENTIRE JOURNEY WHAT A JOKE! 6 hours!!! We stopped at Leeds and the toilets were closed as well. I don't even know what to say anymore, I will never take this bus again! What an experience to treat your customers, pathetic.
Nice clean bus but wayyyy too hot without the ac, pretty uncomfortable journey sadly :((
Had a long wait for my connecting coach...plenty of cafes etc...toilets aren't too bad...helpful staff
