Good selection of quality cars. Staff is willing to work with customers to get them the car of choice. If returning the vehicle after hours, the key drop box is outside of the entrance to the main rental car building, not at the smaller kiosk near the cars. I didn’t see any signs indicating where to leave the keys.

Rented a car in Edinburgh Scotland. Being from Michigan, driving on the left hand side of the narrow roads was fun. National Team was very professional, friendly, helpful. I will continue to be a National customer. They exceed expectations in the USA and Europe.

They confirmed two hours before, that they will wait for us bit after midnight due to plane delay, nobody was there, so we needed to spend money to get to hotel and back for the car. Which was additional costs on top. After two weeks they refunded back the money that were charged on top. But it took two consecutive weeks of calling to get to the right person.

Very laid-back experience. No money up front (super important), no problems with picking up and returning the car.
