Great group of guys! Called them with an issue and after checking everything out we decided to do a total replacement. They came back in a few days and knocked it out in no time and did a great job! They stayed in contact the whole time letting me know when they would come and finish certain things!

Extremely helpful and efficient. Amazing customer service!! They obviously know what they are doing and care about getting the job done properly. Seriously, these guys saved our poor little house.. they did a complete overhaul in 2 days and even came back the next day when I had some questions about the new system. I will never use another heating and air company again!

We realized about 4:20 on a Friday afternoon that our AC wasn’t working as it should. I searched through comments on East Lake Community FB page and found one. That was the hardest part of the ordeal. The comment there was simply ‘best in town’. They also gave the phone number and that’s all I needed. I figured the office would be closed on a Friday at that time but was surprised when Nathan answered the phone and said immediately that he’d have someone there today.
