We have used Nathan for our house, my business, and my husband's business. We have not one single complaint. If he doesn't answer his phone, he always returns the call very quickly. He gets the problems fixed as soon as he can. My parents also used him and loved his work. He and his guys are the BEST! I highly recommend them to anyone.
Nathan quickly inspected the problem with our a/c. He was very knowledgeable about our 25 yo unit and indicated all it needed was Freon. He estimated the cost and it came in UNDER his estimate. His Freon prices are super reasonable too. I will definitely use Nathan when we replace our HVAC.
Nathan handled the initial sales call and closed out the project at the end. I rarely experience a PERFECT encounter with businesses but this one was absolutely PERFECT. The clincher for me was he communicated that he would be available on weekends for emergency repairs. I has my full recommendation.

I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a voice mail. Nathan answered and was willing to come right then.
I messaged Nathan at 10:36 PM on a Sunday night and received a quick response. I explained that we had no cold air and what I noticed about the unit. He explained probable causes, and we followed his instructions. It's now 11:15 PM, and the air is blowing cold again! Customer service like that is hard to find.
