Called Nathan on Memorial Day right at 5 O’clock. After explaining my issue, he stated he would have his tech Darren over right away! Darren arrived 10 minutes later and was nothing but nice and professional. After apologizing to him repeatedly for causing him more work on a holiday he made sure I knew that I was not a burden. Darren was then able to diagnose and solve my HVACs problem and got my unit back cooling properly! Could not recommend Nathan and his guys enough! Great service!
Greg with Nathan Baugh Heating & Cooling went above and beyond tonight! I called at 7:30 PM on Memorial Day night and needed help in Madison GA. Instead of telling me he normally doesn't service my area, he drove over and hour and a half (getting to us after 9:00 PM) to come get us up and running! Thank you so very much! Now we can all sleep a little cooler tonight!

We were new customers after purchasing our home but Nathan and his team treated us like we had been with them forever! We had two different instances shortly after moving in and Nathan made sure we were taken care of, even at 8:00 in the evening! We will never use anyone different! Best service ever!
