Came same day, fixed the problem, tolerated my annoying kids. I would definitely recommend.
I have a Tempstar Unit installed by a local HVAC contractor in 2010. Works good for couple of years then it requires frequent freon filling yearly and sometimes twice in a year. Airblower coil were replaced in 2014 secondary to leakage and the vicious cycle of refilling freon began. My unit gave out on us in January of 2017. Timely. Honest. Fair. Professional. Nathan and the guys came on a service call Monday morning and determined my current unit was inoperable. Nathan provided a couple of solutions and offered his expertise with each. After thinking and discussing with my wife, I let Nathan know around 4:30pm Monday what we decided to do. He came back over Tuesday morning to install a new heat pump unit on our house. Everyone was gone by 5pm, unit running, and everything back how it was before they arrived. Thanks Nathan!

I called Nathan Baugh Heating & Cooling at 4:14pm on a Wednesday when the A/C quit at our shop. He and his guys were there on the site, had the problem diagnosed and repaired before 5:30pm. We're still blowing ice cold. I couldn't ask for better service and I'll definitely be using him for all of my HVAC needs.
Nathan came out to our hose and fixed our air condition in less than an hour! He was awesome with good customer service. Will recommend him to anyone!
