I contacted Nathan Baugh Heating and Cooling for a quote for a new system. They were quick and game me a lot of advice. When they came out to install the new system the entire staff were very customer focused and friendly. They installed in one day and cleaned up better than they found things. I received same day service and within an hour of a phone call, Brandon, one of the technicians was at my door. He was super polite, knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything to myself and my landlord. The company got all of my issues resolved same day. They also gave me a great recommendation for an electric company I needed to fix an underlying issue. 10/10 Great guys!
Such a great company!! I have been amazed with how quickly they respond when we need help. Called them in the middle of summer and expected to be told there was a long wait, but they were there the same day. I called today, and we had someone at the house within an hour. These people go above and beyond. Davey Vinson put in a unit for my mom. He did an amazing job. A few weeks later she was hospitalized. Nathan sent his sweet wife to check on her in the hospital because he knew she couldn’t have visitors and we were worried. Who does that? These guys do! Thank you so much for being so caring and going the extra mile! Y’all are the absolute best and that meant the world to us ♥️
My mother is selling her house and the VA loan company is picking at every little thing! Nathan was contacted today and finished the job today!! Thank you Nathan and your guys! They were so nice to my mom and actually cared that it was done right!!!
