You had 1 Job....put the trash from the garbage can into the garbage truck. We are currently looking for a new service.
I really like this company. anytime I've had a request or concern they've been prompt. plus they do an excellent job at trash pickup.
We just started with Nate's at the start of this month and I couldn't be happier! The set up with customer service was easy and straightforward. They followed up with me a few weeks later to see how things were going so far. And today I forgot to take the can to the street but when they came by one of the guys grabbed the can from beside the house and emptied it for me! I'm very pleased! Thank you!
For me it was a month of aggravated assault. we started with these people after the storm due to other trash pick up not coming as much. Not once did they pick up when they were supposed to and we called Everytime. Moving on.

RecommendedS/O to Nate’s crew that runs Sandy Creek! We put our regular trash out and the crew came all the way up the driveway to grab A LOT of cardboard that we were gonna put out later cause we already had a lot of regular trash for the day. They didn’t have to do that, but we definitely appreciate them going out of their way!

We have been with Nate's for over 25 years and are a loyal customer! Nate's has always picked up our garbage, even when I was late getting it out a while back, they came later and picked it up for me. When a company does right by me, I stick with them and Nate's has always treated us right!
I was aggravated after the storm but quickly realized that I wasn’t the only customer in need and you guys were doing all you could and I really appreciate it 👍
