Always had great service but on this very stormy day the guy on the back of the truck jumped into the ditch by my house to retrieve my garbage can for me -I didn’t even ask him to. The wind had blown everything out of it and it was empty but took a few extra seconds and said “here let me get that for you” #kindness Larry, you have good people working for you 😊

Best trash company around. There were running shortly after the hurricane. Always picks up even if we occasionally have a bit more than fits in can.
Awesome customer service. I forgot to put my can on the curb but they pushed it out for me and still emptied it. I never got this kind of service from waste management. Thank you!
They are so nice from the ones answering the phones to the guys on the trucks. Today I forgot to put ours out and the dogs were parking at them. I ran out in my gown to catch them and the gentleman told me not to worry he would come up grab it and take care of us. Its the little things but we have yet to have a bad encounter with them! Always smiling! <3
I just have to share this! A few days ago my mom and dad got home from the doctors office and my dad was unable to get out of the car and my mom is not big/strong enough to help him into the house and as she was struggling to help him Nates was pulling up to pick up their trash and the worker ran over and helped them get all the way into the house and into bed. My dad has metastatic melanoma and is currently suffering from pneumonia and ended up going to the ER later that day, but to the worker who helped them in their time ... read more
