Thank you Nate’s!! I have been sick and did not realize that it was pick up day. My garbage can was completely full and up by my house. The guys still came and got my trash can, brought it to the road and dumped it! That little bit of extra effort, and great customer service is exactly why we chose Nate’s.
We switched to Nate's after using another local trash service. We were completely unsatisfied with the customer service and the pick up service with the previous company. Since switching to Nate's we have no issues! Nate's employees go above and beyond to not only pick up but to be an amazing company! They are friendly, kind, always on time, and they DO THEIR JOB!! I'm extremely satisfied with this company and the employees that take care of us!! I would not recommend any other company in Bay County other than Nate's!!
My trash is picked up by a truck. A truck that does the work for the worker. All they have to do is hook it up. Somehow I have garbage in the bottom of the can every other pick up. Pizza boxes this last go around. I don’t understand. I call the office and they tell me they will note my account an in doing so they see the prior complaints for the same. How difficult is it? UPDATE: spoke with the owner who sent driver out again. Trash emptied. Thanks!!!

I've got to say guys, you all are amazing! I forgot to put my can out by the street and it was full of "not going to be smelling good soon" stuff. And your guys took the time to go get my can and empty it. Hats off to you guys and Props to your employees who work so hard. Thank you so much.

I have no problem with the employees who pick up the trash. I do think that trash pickup in general is a racket and heaven forbid you put something out like a pizza box in a can that isn’t a “ designated Nate’s can”- even tho the company gave ya a Nate’s sticker to use on it . All the sudden they are denying a pick up- far too rigid for the cost.
I love Nate’s Sanitation!!! The collection crew are very friendly and not one time if something blew out of the can did they leave it in or around my yard. On Labor Day I was busy and did not pull my can to the street, the crew went ahead and grab my can from the side of my house and emptied it. I don’t expect that and would never ask them to do that, but their service is so good they helped me out on a day I forgot, now that’s quality service.
