Feeling very proud of this company! We've been long time customers and while they have always had exceptional customer service and awesome prices, recently they've shown their heart! I have a HUGE pile of trash and debris in my yard as most of us do after Michael but I can't be upset about it bc this company has hired and have been working extra crew, longer hours and I'm positive forking out OT for their ppl all while receiving half the pay from customers bc of the circumstances. Great trash service! They picked up lots of trash after we moved into our new house. Nice people.
The owner was on tv today says they run after the hurricane...he is a total lier Just check your trash can
Seems like they forgot the Laguna Beach area. it'll be 2 weeks if it's not picked up on Friday. I went around the neighborhood and every single other garbage company has picked up. Not sure what the hold up is, the reasons given in the past 2 weeks no longer hold water. I sure hope a credit is issued for this non-service situation. I'd like to be one of those "Satisfied" customers.
