RecommendedUsed for years, always amazed with pick up service. Stay within their rules ( like all other services) and be over the hill pleased.

the commercial says they have been picking up since the Sat after the hurricane. let me tell you they did NOT pick our trash that Sat. nor did they pick up the next 2 Thursdays that they are scheduled for. They picked up ONE can of trash this Monday after my husband left several messages. They LEFT the rest of the 3 weeks of trash that they they missed piled next to the can. This behaviour happens quite often, not just during a storm. We pay them 3-6 mo in advance so there is NO excuse.
Have not had service in 3 weeks..my pick up day is Tuesday...didn't even pick up Tuesday before hurricane....either pick up by weekend or you will lose my business..KNOW there are other services that would gladly take my business. Also KNOW your family doesnt have ROTTEN STINKING food that was taken from your refrigerator or freezer and is sitting in front of your house in trashcans If pickup days have changed, PAYING customers should be notified
They are always very courteous on the phone. Very reliable services
