They are rude and con artists. i had been warned not to use them for trash pickup from our neighbors. our neighbors were right. DO NOT USE NATES SANITION. We will be issuing the same warning on our local business page.
BEWARE! Nate’s goes through your bags of trash before dumping them. DO NOT put anything personal in the trash including credit card statements, etc, unless you want them to possibly read it or take it.
I was planning on switching trash company’s this month because my 1 year was up and I had to renew payment. I went ahead and paid another 3 months because the other trash company hasn’t returned my call. This morning my trash got dumped out by stray dogs and my two toddlers were sick so I didn’t make it out in time to pick it up off the ground for them. My trash guys went out of their way and picked every bit of it up for me and set my can back up right. That completely changed my mind about switching! Thanks nates!
I would love to give a huge THANK YOU and shout out to Nate’s Sanitation in Bay Point for helping me find my Costa sunglasses. I had just gotten them for Christmas and was pretty bummed that I had already lost them. Your guys found them out by the garbage can and put them back on top of the can for me to find. We just purchased our home in PCB. Called 3 local companies for pricing for trash services. Not only was Nate’s the best price, it was such a good experience talking to someone on the other end who was pleasant, friendly, helpful, and spent quite a bit of time answering the many questions I had. I’ve been a Nate’s customer for years. Today I was working on cleaning my garage and the rain was pouring. Your professional emptied my cans and instead of putting them back at the curb he walked them up to me so I wouldn’t have to get wet! Without a doubt the best customer service!!! I recommend these guys without hesitation!
