Had two interactions with this agency, both as a potential buyer of a property. On the first one, we had entered the buying process and had agreed on a price; but this agent seemed intent on creating obstacles and point scoring rather than trying to make sure that the sale went through. It was genuinely exasperating. There was hassle and refusal to share information along the way that made me feel uneasy about the sale and this was a big part of why I withdrew my offer.
