Had two interactions with this agency, both as a potential buyer of a property. On the first one, we had entered the buying process and had agreed on a price; but this agent seemed intent on creating obstacles and point scoring rather than trying to make sure that the sale went through. I applied for a property in Belfast over the last week and successfully was able to find a property that met my needs and have been offered a tenancy very quickly. The staff have been extremely professional and helpful at all stages of the process. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend

From a tenant's point, Natalie is extremely rude, especially if you are not local. Overall the agents are unresponsive and does not follow up with land lords on repaires.
