I loved my physical therapist and my occupational therapist I would recommend nascentia to anyone.
The physical therapist was good but their billing and insurance verification process is screwed up. They verified home health care benefits with my insurance and were told I had fifty visits with an RN or an LPN. They then proceeded to use that info for home physical therapy. Because of their screw up I wound up getting seven home PT visits to the tune of $165 a visit that my insurance didn’t cover.
