Provide needed services without interruption. I've been paying out of pocket.
They did not review my fathers case for month's, billed when they felt like it, usually every 2 months until the last month of his life. Got a bill right away for the month after his death. Then supposedly they called to check on him 3 weeks after his death and were not notified that he passed?!!! Very poor experience with my Father's care in a nursing home.
My company, Metro Fitness has been providing on site fitness classes and wellness lunch & learns for the employees of Nascentia Health. The team at Nascentia is very engaged and proactive in providing employees opportunities to become good stewards of their own health. Working with Elliot and Aida has been very helpful in understanding the various interest of their team. They send out surveys and actively participate alongside their fellow Nascentia teammates. I useto work for them when they were VNA. They actually care about their participants/clients. They treat them like people not just a source of money.

I really like the home care nurses. especially Tammy Homan, Minnie Yao who I call Minnie mouse, and Rebecca Stock and my care manager Alissa Gardner.
