Nascentia Health services are fantastic! I have had their nursing services as well as their Physical Therapy services. They provided me the opportunity to return to my home after surgeries. The nursing staff stayed in contact with me to make sure I had all of my questions answered. My Physical Therapists from Nascentia helped get me back on my feet again. Everyone worked with my schedule. They are professional, kind and very caring. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if needed. I rate them 5 stars!
Nascentia intends to reduce my mother's hours of home care from 15 to 6 hours a week. Have received no written notice at this point only a verbal with the case manager. The reason given is because their "tasking tool" is different that the one used by DSS. My mother has been with Nascentia since May 1st and has yet to receive a "Plan of Care" either. This does not say much for Nascentia's claim to "improve outcomes and quality of life" It is difficult to ask for an appeal without a written notice of the reduction in hours.
Michael and Antonette are my two long time aides and without them, I would not be able to live independently. I just want you and them to know how much I appreciate them. They both are concerned for my well being and help me with so much. Thank you! - Anthony
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Every two weeks they tried discharging me very stressful after having a major stroke!!! Still not able to use my left arm and hand

I had a knee replacement on February 27, 2018! Since my bones were so small the smallest replacement also gave me a fracture to my inner shin. In home PT was ordered. My Physical Therapist, Nick D'Alessandro was dispatched to help me. He is amazing! He is so versed in PT(Pain and Torture), so kind, caring and got answers to any question he did not have any answer for. He became part of our weekly lives for the past five weeks!
