Nargis is exceptional! After having back surgery + post baby my body was completely out of sorts, with constant pain in my back and hip. Unlike many specialists who may treat the area, Nargis evaluates your entire body to bring it back into alignment. I feel like I’m walking on air after I’ve seen her! She’s now helped me through a second pregnancy, pre & post. I don’t know what I would do without her!!

Nargis is an absolute miracle worker! She's helped me many times with difficult conditions eg. frozen shoulder where it wouldn't respond to medication at all. My pain levels drastically reduced even just after the first session! She's worked a miracle on my back and has given me so much advice to ensure I work on my posture every day. Nargis was recommended to me to help with stomach health issues. She has not only resolved my initial concerns but has helped relieve stress and tension in my whole body making me feel healthier overall. She recently treated my thumb so that I regained movement and strength in it. A hand consultant offered injections or surgery. I cannot recommend Nargis enough.

Nargis is an amazing osteopath. I have been to see her with everything from stiff shoulders to a broken toe and she has fixed me every time. She is very gentle, but her treatment is powerful. She treats the whole person and not just the bit thats bothering you; taking the time to find the cause of things. I always feel better and walk taller after a treatment with Nargis. Can’t recommend her highly enough.
