Not a successful experience at all. Have asked to close matter. Met in Dec'24 regarding two Wills and POA, provided templated information in same month. Since then and following two attempts to reset and restart the matter we have made literally no progress. Any phone, email or text comms has been received only following our own chasing. Very disappointed in what should be a Professional firm and trust this is about bandwidth or organization rather than poor practice or otherwise.
Excellent service from Charlotte Shanks and Andy Vincent, even helping with the estate agents thus making house sale and purchase so easy. Would highly recommend Charlotte and Andy.
Brilliant to deal with, from start to finish. Responsive and helpful and worked quickly to enable us to move into our new property well before Christmas, despite our buyers' solicitors frustrating everyone at times. Aaron was particularly understanding and always quick to reply to emails. Thank you!
