It�s not every day a company can impress me to the point that I actually go online to write a review. At Dental Excellence today, they sure did. From start to finish it was a very notable experience. I arrived at a very nice building that looked state of the art and had a very upscale look and feel to it, the parking was in front and had many to accommodate the amount that was there. I have never had such great customer service at a Dentist's office ever as I've had today! It was the first visit for my Wife and I and it was fun! The staff is amazing! They take the time to know you and ensure that you are introduced to all of them. All the procedures were explained and our comfort was a priority of theirs. If you are looking for a new Dentist (as we were), then this is the place. Well done Dental Excellence!!!
This is one place that makes you feel like a star. I went in a week early because of a cancellation. I had four professionals taking care of me. Two to do the Xrays, one for cleaning and the very special one, Dr. Carpenter. Wow, I really felt like a star. Then, when I was leaving a wonderful cookie...what a treat. Thanks to the staff of Dental Excellence of Napoleon.
The treatment at the office was excellent as usual. Staff is friendly, makes you feel important. Got to meet Dr Augustine and is a great addition to the staff

I went in to get four teeth removed for braces and they did wonderful. I didn't feel a thing! I even got to watch tv while I was waiting for my dentist. Dental Excelence never disappoints me
This office took extensive xrays of my entire mouth. They suggest thousands in dental work, yet they fail to inform me of a serious problem that I have in my mouth. This has caused a lot of stress and inconvenience to try to get this problem fixed, when if I had been informed in a timely manner, the problem would not be as bad as it is now.
Had my semi annual appointment with Missy. She is warm and attentive as always. I appreciate that she remembers some of my personal information (job hobbies etc). At other dentists, I've been scolded for lack of flossing, at Dental Excellence its a friendly, kind reminder. I also needed new trays for my whitening and Wendy helped me through the horrible process. I hate shots, drills, and molds! But a wonderful staff helps me through everything.
