Thank you Dr. Carpenter, Sara and Makayla for making me feel as comfortable as possible during my entire visit. I was there much longer than I expected and each of you treated me with kindness and compassion . I was kept informed of everything that you were going to do and what to expect on my next visit. My husband was in the waiting room, also longer than he expected and he commented to me on how nice and considerate everyone was to him while he was waiting on me. Thank you!

Both my husband and I were pleased with the friendliness and the thorough check up we received. This office has advanced technology that our previous dentist does not have and they were able to detect a problem that was not being addressed!
What a friendly staff and they really put you first.
I have always gotten very nervous when going to the dentist but after going to Dental Excellence yesterday, I know I will not dread my next visit. I was put at ease immediately with a tour of the facility and introductions with the staff. They are very knowledgable and compassionate. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.
I was very happy with my visit today. I had not been to the dentist in about 10 years. They made me feel very comfortable and all the staff was so nice. I would highly recommend them.

I've been going to Dental Excellence of Napoleon for a year now and I am in love with the practice! Everyone there is so amazing and always smiling and seem like they all get along great and have fun which makes me feel good and comfortable every time I'm there knowing they love and enjoy what they do! The Doctors are also amazing and make me feel important and not like I'm just another patient to be seen. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone! :)
I don't like going to the dentist. I get very nervous, I tense up, and hold onto the chair so tightly my knuckles turn white. Dr. Carpenter is always great about easing my anxiety. He's always checking in on me to make sure I'm ok. He can always tell by the color of my hands how I'm doing!
